Emptying My Soul
You have emptied my soul with the words
I had once placed into yours
You have lost sight and have blinded me
By hearing the words of another
My words are now meaningless
For your heart now belongs to another
I have now died a little inside
You have buried my thought’s and dreams
I have now become dead to our dreams
I assure you I will rise up again
My words will fill another who wants
My thought’s and dreams
