Contemplation

A little thought That my poetry is more a blog of my mental landscape You could pick individual poems Create a nice collection But in the main They are a journey through another's thought patterns I see that mine are twists and turns Seemingly no rhyme or reason (In the non poetic sense) A composite of something I myself have never viewed clearly So thank you to those peeking in and helping me with perspective

Taking a journey through one's passage of thoughts is poetry. Poetry is a surge of collective thoughts put to prose or rhyme to inform enlighten, entertain or offer emotion to the reader. A blog just informs. a poem makes you feel. You make us feel when we read your poems DD Sorry but you are a poet NOT a blogger.

Agree with you dear DD . Indeed it is a journey into your mental landscape giving interesting insights into your psyche. Though there is no rhyming, there is poetry in it !

Haha thank you Valsa. I often think I need to edit it all down to the good poems, but I get a joy in journeying through ideas (although I do wish I could categorise my poems so that people don't have to wade through hundreds!)
