Chocolates
The dark and milk and whites
I deal with everyday
To make tasty delights
Night and day
Truffles and candies and mints
Enriched with nuts
And strawberries that hints
Of jelly filled cuts
Flowers with Chocó centers
Are hard to make
A challenge for all bakers
They do so easily break
The rich creamy chocolate
Melt very fast
The clients do hate chocolates that don’t last.
