John, I loved this poem. I had to see what the style was. Pleades. Fascinating. I do not recall ever hearing of it, but now I plan to reserarch it because this had a unique way about it.

Caren, thank you for all your lovely visits yesterday. The Pleiades is a form that Joseph May likes to include in several of his contests. That is where I first learned about the form and have only done it when he sponsors a contest - I think I've done four or five now. Short and to the point, which makes it easy to read, lol. and yet another one I missed. Good grief. I hope I am about caught up now. Can't believe so many of your poems got past me. I am seeing Calliope everywhere now after using that word to rhyme in one of my villanelles.
