What an exquisite concept and resolute stance regarding the dauntless flame within! It was truly a delight to read your profound Monoku.

thank you, kind Sotto, for your enthusiastic response to my poem. I love the word 'dauntless.' Indeed, our inner flame is dauntless. Have a pleasant evening! Sara

Ooh this reads like a poetry prompt and gets my brain firing thinking about oxygen as sustenance and caution about balance about how we consume air. Resulting in self awareness of our inner flame that we can regulate ourselves if we have that security that outer influences aren't able to get at it if we are mindful then we cannot be extinguished. Lovely poem x (you said it in less words of course with the original and the best!)

I'm grateful for your enthusiastic response, Di11y. I'm glad the poem got your poetic brain going...you definitely could expound on my words. Your right, we shouldn't let outer forces extinguish any aspect of ourselves. Well said.Have a pleasant day, Sara
