Birds warbling, at the break of dawn Wake me to the start of a new day Lively, cheerful, I am ready to be …. As much as I can, like what I hear In these early morning hours Just a beginning, a sunrise of hope A song, in the silence of everything that waits The next new experience, any given hour As I capture the mood that comes along With a willingness to seek out The best moments, in the value of time So I can rest later on, without regret Heidi Sands 7/14/18

This is so beautiful Heidi :)...I've had robins singing in my yard this summer...hatched two sets of babies under my laundry room window awning! Last one left today actually...so important to enjoy life's little moments :)

Heidi, there is no better time of day, when I was at work I used to get up at 04.00 and hear the birds morning choir and the sun just getting ready to rise. Tom
