Hum as "she" awakens... meaning the Dawn since it's capitalized? Yep! Beautiful! Xo

I usually write about Dawn, the Sun and the Moon in personified verses, so I capitalize them as if they were their proper names. Thanks, Crystol.

Lin, I think a connection exists between love of nature and longing for peaceful relationships too. There's a feeling that comes from both that shares something in common. The picture you used here and words match really well.

And said like a true poet Lin, plus you have found the perfect picture for this piece, you certainly nailed the (one beautiful line) theme, no easy task with only 14 syllables, cheers David

Thank you, David. I learned to condense my thoughts from writing Monoku. You had something to do with that. ;-) sometimes half the fun of posting is finding an image that conveys what our words do not or cannot.

Thanks, Daniel. I always look for a picture after writing a poem and this one had to be perfect with so few words to use.
