Deep Romantic soul. Helen's Husband. Navy Veteran. Nature Lover. Admirer of Emily Dickinson, Pablo Neruda, and Martin Luther King, Jr. I practice mindfulness, embrace spirituality, and search for idealism. I feel profound compassion, empathy; a stout connectedness to humanity. I fear the unknown, existential world chaos, and a disappointed God. Hello Edward, I also found this to be interesting. I also do mindfulness. It is relaxing for me. I like Robert Frost, and EE Cummings.also Emily Dickinson. Happy Easter.

Happy Easter to you, too, Darlene:-) Practicing mindfulness couldn't be more utilitarian during this Covid-19 pandemic! It's indeed relaxing and helps reduce anxiety. Incidentally, I'm a huge fan of Frost and Cummings as well. Be blessed, my friend!
