Being Invisible
I am unnoticed in the world
even my shadow disappears
never heard
never seen
never needed
I fill a lake with tears
where I'm drowning
sinking slowly in its dark void
my hand floats to the surface
no one grabs it
it's cold... so cold
invisible, even in death
