Back To Hell Damn You
BACK TO HELL DAMN YOU!
Oh you bad, nasty, vicious Virus,
You have taken my inspiration away,
I have asked my muse for help,
But she has gone to a remote
Island did not want to stay.
So I sit by my computer,
Thinking what shall I write?
No, start once more, this
Is not at all right!
Ah – yes that's a good topic,
But I stare at the page,
Now what do I pen,
Where to from this stage!
Come on Jennifer, what’s the problem,
I become frustrated
And feel, will I be the
Same ever again?
This virus is the devil
And want to cry.
Have watched both parents die,
Lost my baby at five days, old,
Got chickenpox at thirty five,
And hijacked at gunpoint,
Be strong fight on, be bold,
I spoke to myself sternly!
Suddenly, remembered my late
Dad so tenderly,
Thought I heard him whisper,
In my ear,
You’re doing well my girl,
You have nothing to fear,
For you, I’ll always be here!
A calm came over me and
I felt someone breathing,
Close behind me, I got up, wow
Welcome back muse my dear
Gave her a hug and a kiss,
I sensed and could hear,
You over my shoulder,
Together, we will become
Better and bolder.
No bad, nasty vicious virus,
Will take my inspiration away,
You wait you villain, you murderer
Your Karma will be as, or more vicious
To you, and your end will be
Much celebrated by humankind
For this devastating crisis
You will pay and find,
Bad cannot reign over good,
For what seems like forever,
Never, never, never!
