it began with one snowflake then there were hundreds and thousands
swirling, the rusty gate opens and I glide past gnarled trees
and past weeping angel statues, oh, I have no fear, for this is my home
for many years I have wandered the rows and rows waiting
now, I see her amid the jagged shadows of an old tree with white draped
lifeless branches, she is kneeling in the snow with her hands pressed
together, her face is pale, eyes closed, long dark hair tangled with snowflakes
oh, sister love at last you have come . . . .
