As Snowflakes Settle

As clouds take over and I come in from the cold, I am warmed by precious thoughts of you Winter doesn’t seem to be so harsh All these moments we are apart, Merge, swirling in a snow globe For me to hold and to see To watch patiently So when I shake it, you are here with me Each step that I take brings me closer Each word I hear softly soothes me My heart heals a little bit more And then I can see your smile As snowflakes settle, quietly In everlasting love Heidi Sands 1/24/20

No snowflakes here... Mild for time of year... Spring bulbs in bloom already.. would love some snow though
