Angels Above
I go to a place of sadness and pain,
where birds chirp and trees bend their branches;
I even go in the snow and in the rain.
My tears of sorrow fall in great avalanches,
and unseen, unheard there are angels drifting;
where birds chirp- and trees bend their branches.
Always near are many misty shapes shifting,
sister, father, mother, grandma, lover;
and unseen, unheard there are, angels drifting.
Even- two sweet baby angels hover,
with love they touch this girl who weeps for them;
sister, father, mother, grandma- lover.
Good people in another realm, angels become,
they dwell above and are angels that come;
with love- they touch this girl, who weeps for them.
Good people, in another realm angels become,
(I go to a place of sadness and pain;)
they dwell, above and are angels that come,
(I even go in the snow and in the rain.)
