Angels

Angels have come to me in human form, ever since I was young Sister Rose reached out to me on a Cape Cod beach, one among Many, who came to know me and showed they truly cared In these many special ways, they all came to me and shared My past was haunting, but these angels helped me along the way Saving me, while turning fear and pain into joy filled days Encouraging me, showing me, I am special and worthy of love Not the hate that I experienced and some still sing to me from above They will sing to me in my dreams, with compassion and smiles They will continue to guide me, through these many life miles Heidi Sands 9/3/17

I had an encounter once in my youth while hitch-hiking across the country, alone and hungry one night I was standing on a riverbank wondering how the heck I got myself in this mess, I heard a voice behind me and he said it was going to be alright, I replied I hope so and turned to see him smile, I turned back to the river to skip a stone, then turned back to talk to this person, he was gone, nowhere around,gone without a trace, to this day I still wonder
