Lovely, Jan. Congrats on your top win. I was noticing this morning how many leaves had succumbed to the wind and the branches look so bare and cold... Brrrrr!!

I LOVE Autumn! It's my favorite time of the year, and I don't mind the winter as long as it doesn't snow that much! Summer is my least favorite time of the year...too hot for me! Maybe I could commute to Alaska during the summer and back here in the winter! You have written a fantastic poem here Jan!! I truly loved every line and you have written great line-breaks within your piece! You kept me on the edge of my seat with the ending of each line! What a terrific poem! Great Work!!

Yes, autumn can be so beautiful with the tree leaves of color. Your poem expresses the sadness of leaving autumn and entering winter. I too feels that sadness when the time comes.

Your Quintain is completely stunning ... beginning with the gif you chose to the very last word. Each line floats to the ground like your golden leaves. Their falling may be sad, but Winter's snow can be beautiful. Nicely constructed, Jan.
