A Positive Poem

My wish is to cultivate To expand the positive That is only possible By embracing Love So now I ask of myself To look deep within my soul Does Love reside in my heart? I search for Love's light Look at the light in my eyes The warmth from my finger tips I am a vessel of Love Filled beyond myself Positive that flows from me Is a gift I want to share The source comes from another For my God is Love For Elly's "A positive Poem" Contest. "I am a vessel of love filled beyond myself." Such a stark image! Is this the love that comes from the Holy Spirit? Such Love that not one can contain it, but must be spilled out onto others by the overflow? I believe I am a bit envious of this kind of love.

Our love does indeed have origin and life from the Prime Creator Richard, well emphasized in this nutritious poem. A vital quest, one that stops not at discovery but continues with how is this love surviving and growing. The ratio of give and gain is always fascinating with Love.
