My wish for you
Speaks of dreams coming true,
Laughter and light
Colors of hope, inspiration
Knowing that love is alive, awake
And love will never fade
My wish for you
Remembers that you’re kind,
With a gentle heart
Spirit like a light reflecting
All the wonder that smiles
Through the darkness, never
Fading from the heart,
Always praying for the faith
To believe in your dreams
My wish for you
Stirs up feelings, emotions
Memories bleeding through
The pain, the sadness
That remembers you know
What it is to cry, to doubt
To dread the fears and tears
That pass down through the years
My wish for you
Encourages me to believe
You will always have
Just what you need, you will
Always be blessed
With love that is life’s best
Love that is the whole reason
We came to this planet,
The reason that we know what it is
To live a dream, never doubting
The love that is our reason for being
My wish for you
Promises that there is beauty
Beyond words, beautiful
That is like the portrait the artist
Painted when He created – you
Coloring you in hues of love
That won’t ever fade because
This love is true
