A Note In the Wind Nw
The note that's written tells the tale
of star-lit nights of yesterday
that is no more
they have gone with the wind,
and appear now in ashen dreams
where memories cry, in an endless sky,
that stretches across time
filled with drifting faces I've kissed
in revealing moments of romantic notions
when hearts bloomed from hunger's yearning
among the gardens of fragrant scents
giving birth to emotional ecstasy,
drenching the soul with sensual realms
from the wondrous eyes of love
this world of dreams and illusions,
tumble across my mind, with a wind, tossed note,
tied to the brambles of yesterday
