A New Year - A New Start in 2026

As a New Year comes roaring in, will we greet it with a New Start or resolutions?
Our health should be on the top of our list for 2026.
There are eight laws of health starting with Nutrition.
Then followed by Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, Rest and Trust in God.
All eight are required for a healthy and happy life.
Is this the year for change and better health?
Twelve months will pass by very fast.
Will we be a winner for better health or a loser?
Only time will tell.
