A New Me

I am not who I used to be. I am living a life of liberty, speaking words of victory. Here I stand tall even though sometimes I may stumble and fall, but the difference between now and then is when I fail I cease not to rise. I rise above my difficulties. I rise from the feeling of hopelessness to the reality there is hope. I climb the mountains of impossibilities with the One who can make all things possible. I'm a new me searching for higher things that can't be seen. Seeking for intangible things that this life could never bring. This life may knock me down, but like the sun I will rise to see a new day. The old me would give up, but the new me will shine, because she has left her dark past behind.
