A Lover's Whimsy
Sing me a song of rainbows,
Paint me a poem so dear,
Weave me a dream that will not unravel,
Love me with words sincere.
Sing me to sleep with a lullaby,
A tender melodious song,
With notes the color of rainbows,
That hover and linger long.
Paint me a portrait of lovers,
That will stand the test of time.
Write me a poem so dear and so pure,
A masterpiece sublime.
Weave me a life entwined with yours,
A dream that will not unravel.
Love me with words heartfelt and sincere,
As we ride on life's carousel.
