A poem of immense wisdom, I enjoyed this very much Anne-Lise reminds me of what Jesus said there is more happiness in giving than in receiving (Acts 20:35 I think)

such a wonderful sentiment Anne-lise, today we visited a friend she has broken her leg, she is fiercely independent but has finally accepted our offer to get shopping - she thinks us travelling 15 miles to do it is unacceptable but we go to the capital about twice a week and shop for others:-) adding this gem to my faves:-) i hope the sponsor gives you a good placement!

Reads like a good contender for the contest. Way to go. We definitely need to do what we can. My husband's sister and her husband are housebound for reasons other than the coronavirus plus the coronavirus and he has gone to cut their grass all summer, taken them produce from the garden, and has carried a prepared meal or two. He has also supplied about 10 families with produce from the garden. Sara
