I first caught the Beatles in concert in 1964. Their music was barely audible above the screams. I came to enjoy "Yesterday" in the quiet of my room. Your nicely penned poem took me back to better days. Sincerely, Brian

- I discovered this music in my uncle's "boys room"... he was 6 years older than me... I was "a bit too young"... but, loved the Beatles from the first second... a carefree and happy time, Brian :) - hugs

The innovations and lifestyles of yesteryear are being abandoned in favor of more modern alternatives. Anne, you've done a fantastic job of illustrating the subject. Good luck with the contest

Sunshine~ one of your best. Older music is quite lyrical and poetic, Example A rose, must remain in the sun or the rain Or..it’s lovely promise won’t come true. To each his own, I found my own, One and only you. Mills Brothers, 1940! I have grown through centuries of music. All ….wonderful Pangie
