Would like to turn back time to jump in the puddles and make mud cakes Extensive gray clouds of rain follow the horizon day out and day in Percussion drums quietly on the window I'm waiting for the perfect time of day to stretch my butterfly wings Perhaps tomorrow Paint me a picture sing me a song of soft heartbeats in the summer wind Color me a sky with shades of pink before I go back down into my rabbit hole and listens to the rain 08/07/2021 Sun :) - A-L Andresen :) Copyright © All Rights Reserved

A CUTE YET SPECTACULAR WRITE MY DEAR FRIEND - I LOVE THE WAY YOU PRESENT A CHILD'S LOVE OF PLAYING WITH WATER AND MUD AND SAND WHICH TAKES US BACK TO OUR YEARS WHEN WE DID EXACTLY THE SAME AND ENJOYED THE FEEL OF MUD ON OUR HANDS AND FEET. After a summer rain... my son and I would drive around looking for puddles that he could walk in. As for mud... if a child isn't dirty... they're not trying hard enough. Thanks for the reminder. Have a great day my friend.

you can turn back time once your back is healed - nothing to stop you having fun in the rain sweet friend and soon you will be spreading your wings and getting back to real life again but you certainly fly high with your poetry:-) hugs jan xx
