Sparkling
Christmas balls decorate
our homes The light symbolizes
life and joy in a dark time
Some decorate with apples or
gingerbread cookies And even oranges
Crystal balls hanging in the kitchen window
Or you prefer apples, nuts,
cakes and candies Gold, frankincense
and myrrh The balls is a symbol
of our globe and the love of God
to the earth The red hearts are of course
a symbol for love We decorate
and it should be sparkling and much
Something old and some new
Christmas balls my mother had
bought in her youth
Memories, happy
memories Tradition
Expectation
Silence
