Anne-Lise, I'm lucky that this is one condition I don't have (yet). A lot of people suffer, and it's unfortunate. We should do what we can to provide aid and comfort. Does the snow help relieve the pain or is it a symbol of the pain people feel--the irony of the beauty and the reality. Thanks for writing this one.

- The pain gets much worse in the cold, Duke :) - (I've had this condition for many years... there is no cure) - Many thanks for all the poems you have commented on, I really appreciate your feedback with kind words :) - hugs

I would think that having FM would be really hard on a person and very scary when it happens to affect the heart rhythm, or blood pressure. Thanks for sharing. Sara K

I am saddened by your suffering. The whys I do not know...the fact that you choose to write despite the pain shows great courage and determination...an inspiration to us others.

I only saw snow once in Switzerland. It is not good for me, I'm sure, as I suffer from some arthritis. Hugs.

For many the snow is a welcome guest, for some it's not so welcoming.

The explanation gave a clue. Cold snow and pain can be difficult to deal with.

A terrible thing to suffer from, I don't think there's a cure and many people suffer in silence and pain. Tom
