A very nice written poem, yeah it s true that time pass really quickly, we don t even realize when from once being a child, a time come when we are hacing our children and soon when we are waiting to die, it all happens so fast but that s life, secondly a true love never dies, especially a love of parents, siblings, grandparents, they lpve you no matter how bad you are, my mother always tells me that I ll love you forever and tell me that when you ll hace children then you ll know how it feels

Unrequited love is a hard burden to bear for sure ... but the unconditional love you gave comforts all heart ills. A melancholy poem that is so beautifully expressed, Anne-Lise. Very spiritual poem. Love and hugs always.

So very sad. I understand a mother's love and no matter what ... you will continue to love your child. That is what's important ... that rock stays steady and true and hopefully, god-willing, one day they will return. Best, Judy

Sorry it ends on a sad note. But it is the sad truth for many who do not strive to keep open the lines of communication! (and it's awful when only one is doing all the work in a child/parent relationship)

The birth of a child is such a precious moment and I had tears of joy reading the first stanza but the second stanza is so heartbreakinlgy sad and gave me a huge lump in my throat Anne Lise:-( hugs jan xx
