The ocean is dark The waves are white on the peaks Where will my journey go Into the unknown Out of nowhere Only fate will know The storm is tearing my clothes I'm wet and cold way into my soul No one can see my tears on my cheeks I can only see the ocean, dark and no end 05.01.2013 A-L Andresen :)

When life is down we feel those dark days but we need to reach for the light and look forward to bright days ahead. Beautiful poem and well said. Have to go and shovel snow as we got 6 inches last night. Look forward to spring as we have had a lot of snow this year. Kids are all moved down here so now trying to get things organized. love phyl

Either calm or turbulent the ocean has got the same depth. In the same way life, either we are happy or sad it remains the same. Tomorrow you will find a serene shore where You will gather strength and return to teach us a lesson or two. Lovely poem, wonderful and powerful image. Thank you!
