Desde sempre na natureza humana encontramos três causas principais de disputa.
A primeira causa da disputa é a competição. Já a segunda é a timidez que vem seguida da terceira causa que é a cobiça por ninharias.
As pessoas que se enquadram na primeira causa usam a violência para se tornarem donos majoritários dos bens das pessoas. A segunda causa das disputas aparece sob o pretexto de defender outrem.
O terceiro tipo de pessoa que entra nas disputas o faz por cobiça ou ninharias.

Criamos o mito da outra pessoa perfeita - para nos ajudar a superar, defender ou negar, para transcender a dura realidade.
Entretanto, espere um pouco mais e vai chegar o momento em que você se sentirá confortável com quem você é e com o que você bem-sucedido ou com dificuldades. Quando chega o momento no qual você vai ficar confortável em sua própria pele é o começo da força.

Um argumento, nunca deve ofender o ouvido, ou ser construído para vencer, sempre deve ser uma fonte de prazer. O prazer do diálogo.
Ninguém é vitorioso ou vitoriosa ao ganhar uma discussão, debate ou mesmo superar obstáculos colocados por outras pessoas interlocutores.
Aquela pessoa que ganha, perde, pois ainda vai nascer no mundo algo tão assustador quanto uma pessoa que perde uma discussão.
Visto de outra forma, se a pessoa que argumenta, se perder, já perdeu de partida.

Viver é escolher. Entretanto para escolher bem, você deve saber quem você é e o que defende, para onde quer ir e como quer chegar lá.
Idade pouco importa. Nenhuma pessoa nunca é jovem ou vivida demais para liderar e proteger, guardar cinco virtudes (Dignidade, Confiança, Coragem, Compaixão e Fé).
E acima de tudo nunca deve duvidar de sua capacidade de triunfar onde outras pessoas ainda não o fizeram.

Hoje em todos os tempos; todos os dias, na vida ou nos negócios enxergar adiante é olhar para traz.
Quando você se ofender com a culpa de qualquer pessoa, estude suas próprias falhas; então você vai esquecer sua raiva.
Na vida ou nos negócios quanto mais para trás você olhar, mais adiante você pode ver. Isso é enxergar adiante.

Inovar é sonhar. Sonhar defende a aspiração, estimula a inovação, leva à transformação, transforma para melhor e impulsiona o mundo adiante.
O progresso da humanidade está em pessoas que tem como prioridade sonhar. Só os sonhos e as palavras transportam pessoas, equipes e sociedades para um lugar melhor.
