Where is Silent One

No posts since late March. I recently bought his book and tried to leave a review. I could not find it again on Amazon UK. Silent One is a PS icon...any word?

I finally became a lifetime member on PS after about 6 years of off and on premium membership. I still work full time at a very demanding job, leaving little time to be active on the site. But that’s slowly changing. This blog is filled with the reasons I’m here…and plan to stay. Here in lie some of the “old souls” of PS and many other members yet to chime in. Great to hear from you SO.

Mark, thank you for your kind blog and for think about me. I am fine, life is very busy, especially with work and I've started some evening classes teaching people martial arts. I have been on Instagram, but even my time on their is limited. I feel I don't have enough time to support others on PS, so I am always reluctant to post if I can't dedicate enough time for others. There are some other issues with this site also, which I will not go into, however, I will post something today and try my best to comment on other's poems... Thank you to you and every one else who has been kind enough to comment.

Maybe Team Soup could add a check box on a member’s posted poem that a identifies the visitor when checked - and could even add a “canned or customized”reply saying “Letting you know I stopped by enjoyed the read”. I don’t have time to read and comment on every visit and I believe that applies to many others on PS. Readers could still leave personal responses when time allows.

I completely understand. Most of my visits are now on my phone and time is an enemy. I may just start leaving a “happy face” just to let the writer know I stopped by. Many members are in the same situation.

Hello Mark, I often wonder about this too! Silent One is an outstanding poet, and an inspiration for many new poets at Soup. I was touched by his support. Hope he is doing well, and will soon come back to this site where he has many followers.

Exceptional poet. I miss him as well! Sadly, so many great poets besides him(Aditi Mishra, Greg Barden, LuLoo, Chris Green, to name a few) on prolonged haitus or permanently gone from PS.
