Welcome, my writers of the world!

On Sunday, March 30th @ 8am PST, we hit the International super-highway to Johannesburg, South Africa and visit fellow PS poet, Raymond Ngomane, on Blog Talk Radio!

With poems like "My Bodyguards" & "I saw a poem in my head", Raymond holds nothing back. With a balance of eloquence & ferocity, Raymond holds little back. And I am COMPLETELY ok with that! This is YOUR time to come together & shine, fellow poets. "Stand As 1" is an Open Mic internet radio show with the sole focus of providing all poets across the world a voice to be heard. So, DON'T BE SHY!

The fun all goes down at 8am PST/11am EST/4pm London Time/11pm in the Philippines!

To listen to the show & read your work, you have a few options:

Web: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/standas1 (There is a chat room where you can talk with myself and others in the chat, but you'll have to register on the site to do so. Otherwise, you'll just appear as "Guest12345" in the chat room with no ability to communicate with others).

Phone: (646) 716-4762 (You can hear the show live over the phone. If you want to actually read a poem on the air, then please be sure to press "1" and the voice prompt will confirm that you're in my Host queue to read a poem.)

Please keep in mind that all callers that want to read on my show are selected in the order they call in and who presses "1" to be placed in my queue.

I listened to the archive today! Was out on visits with my hubby. He just got back from another LONG trip. You guys ROCKED! :) Raymond is so...FULL OF LIFE! :) Drake...you were...HIGH! ;) Loved hearing from all the other poets. Was great to hear JT. Hugs all around! Will catch you all next time. Thanks for mentioning my name, Drake! Yes! I did get that...The banter with FLO was PRECIOUS! :)

Hi Drake! I'm listening to your show with your amazing guest Raymond. What a wonderful opportunity to meet one another fine poet, and just heard you read one of his terrific poems. He must be so pleased...you read it with such enthusiasm....terrific stuff !! You not only do your poems amazingly well....but you did his work justice! Everyone is doing a wonderful job! Hi Drake..Tnks for introducing Raymond cause I never read his poetry yet..I'm sure I will.Re Sunday ..My in law would still be in hospital by then..So most probably the archives will have to do: (..But i listen to it even if its a week after ,like i ve listened to you..your guest Chan and all the other souper friends Catie..Flo..Jimbo..Eileen..Sophia..Nikko(I read her Suncatcher poem afterwards,Chan and you wonderful you of course...: )
