Hey Drake!Thank you so much for my HM...I am in the process of reading all the winners but been having computer troubles...What I've read so far is amazing!I am going to try to call into your show Tuesday...maybe read something..not sure yet... A big congrats to Nette for her awesome writing!

hey DRake congrats to all the winners. Anything I could possibly confess has been addressed in other poems and contests and since I think you wanted new poems, that's why I did not enter.can't wait to get some time to read the big winners.

Hey there, Andrea! Well, some of the poems were much older poems and that's ok. Which I didn't know until after I finalized the list. But, I wasn't going to be anal about that. =) You should've entered!!!!!

Thank you so very much kind sir! What a true honor this is!...I don't know how you managed to pick a winner from the top three...Just to clarify mine a bit...It was a deliberate and slight exaggeration of the events that happened that night... An attempt to express the awful guilt and heartache I carried with me for so long...It was a toughie to write but I also found it to be somewhat cathartic...Thanks again! - Tim

Picking the top 3 took a good 2 days. It was very, very difficult. I could tell your poem had a lot of personal swagger to it. It was a powerful piece, Tim. =)
