Poetry and Fishing

I always say..."Gotta make time for poetry and fishing." Unfortunately, I don't have time right now for either one. I miss reading and commenting on the poetry of all my pals here, but you gotta make hay when it's hay makin' time....and it's hay makin' time now. When harvest season kicks off, then I should have more time for ya'll because I'll be stuck here at work for about 100 hours a week, and when things are running smooth, then I can kick back a little and screw off...haha. But for now...it's time to get ready for the storm....the harvest storm. So, don't think I'm bailing or getting tired of ya'll. I'm not. I'll be stopping in a little over the next month or so, but probably not much. Oh, and I have an idea for my first contest. I want to give out a prize for my first winner. So, I will send the winner a hand-crafted walking stick, complete with a wood spirit carving at the top.(Found and cut by me in the woods of Arkansas, seasoned, crafted, carved, and finished by me as well) Anyone interested? I reckon the contest will be along the lines of...in the woods or in the trees...something like that...to fit the prize I plan to give. When I post the contest, I'll put up a blog with a picture of the stick. Well, back to the grind....ya'll take care.
