Janis Medders Tobechi

Janis Thompson is a retired educator whose career involved teaching high school English, being a reading specialist and an administrator. She is a mother and a grandmother of two who has been writing poetry since childhood. Janis has a Bachelor's Degree from Juniata College and a Master's from Johns Hopkins University. She enjoys watching vintage movies.

I did not know that we could post a blog about a published book on Poetry Soup. I come to you most humbly my fellow Soupers with my first try at publication, done in July 2016. It is available at
