Is she/he the One? Contest Update

Hello Everyone,

Just want you to know I am enjoying your entries. Is she the One? was inspired by my personal battles and erros in finding and keeping love in my life. And since I am heterosexual I am writing from my perpsective and experiences.

Therefore, if you are a woman and heterosexual I would love to hear it from your perspective which would include "Is he the One?". Please enter the contest as this is the type of creativity I am looking forward to experiencing. Carolyn did an excellent job at making the title her own.
p.s. Not for men only!!! Women I want to hear from you!!!

My thinking cap is on, Tavarus, what a wonderful name that is, and the ideas are swirling around. Btw, I have been writing since about the same age as you, my Grandmother was my mentor, write it Constance, write it for the world to read, she would always say... love Constance

Thanks for the kind words, Tavarus. It was the first thing I thought of when I read about the contest. Barbara Gorelick also took a good approach for women who want to enter. The theme can be interpreted many ways and I was drawn to it immediately. If you ever saw the film "Something to Talk About," there is a funny scene in which Julia Roberts stands up at a PTA meeting and asks everyone, "Is there any woman here who HASN'T slept with my husband?" Of course, when you are dealing with an unfaithful spouse, you don't usually have a sense of humor. Best wishes to all the contestants! Love, Carolyn

Did anyone enter a Lesbian poem yet? I'm straight as can be, but that would be interesting to read a poem from that viewpoint as well. I think there is much that could be done with this topic if we used our imaginations. Now I just have to find the time to gear up my imagination! Good luck with your contest. LUv, Andrea
