Hi All,

First contest here! Have noticed the interest in humor here on the Soup. Hope for interesting and funny ones.

4/21/15 The contest caught me off guard, the entries camein so fast. Did notwant to close contest so quickly, but more than 35 en trants, so had to close. Sorry, if I missed you, as was happening

so fast and I was totally inexperienced. Thanks to all that entered.

Have updated Humorous Poetry Contest. Thought had to judge quickly and since have found it not to be true. Everyone updated to 1st Place, so many good entries.Apologize formy ineptness.

From reading herbe learned how to reopen a contest,which I have done for humorous contest. Some of for oneswill be receiving posts of placement. For most by far,placement stands; this opened contest up so couldtake look for ones received or overlooked when contest closed so rapidly.

For all those who I inadvertently passed over in the contest, there was a computer glitch and the contest was cosed to there being more than 35 entrants and I was unable to get to he right spot, as the poems were no longer readable. I believe Jan Allison and two or three others wound up in this situation. My apologies for my inexperience. Tom

Should be very interesting. I read this Blog earlier and wrote one. Welcome to the Soup. ] Stay a while join the loop. We race about in circles all the time should justice prevail , we'd each pay for our every crime. lol
