Welcome to my bio! I love poetry, of course, and enjoy interacting with other Soupers. I am originally from Upstate New York, travelled with the U.S. Navy and ended up in the Southern United States.
Results are here for my premiere contest "Hair Composition." As always, I have a smile on my face at the reveal of the poets who won! This was not an easy contest to judge but I did my due diligence based on my tastes and who best thought through the prompt. A couple I really enjoyed but could not in all good conscience place due to spelling errors and a few lines that didn't make sense to me, though I gave it much pondering (to be fair). Thank you so much for your entries. In the past there have been ones that should not have been in this contest, but I applaud that every last one was meant for this.
