Hello everyone, The contest is still open, I have (7) SEVEN more places available. I think some thought they did not have a chance to get in, so go ahead an send in your request if you have not already submitted. Special thanks to Deborah Guzzi for bringing to my attenetion that only one poem may be submitted per contest. I was unaware of this and sent an e-mail to Soup Admin. They said you have to be a Premium Member, which I am, to allow more than one entry at a time. I am asking how this is done and will report back. Thanks for you patience and understanding, Mac

I have to go to work now, mac. Keep us posted what we are supposed to do so I can figure out how to post my poem(poems?). I don't understand why Christi can't do soupmail. I am not a premium member (yet) and can send one. Maybe people don't know how to use it? I hope to be premium very soon now!!! Watch for it!! LUv,Andrea

Thankxxx Mac for the update.. not every reads the blogs about contests being offered to enter... so that is probably why it took longer than expected to get your 25 entries... appreciate the update and thankxxx to Debbie also for her expertise'.. agree with Abe on the way to get one poet to enter two poems in your contest... anxiously awaiting the contest post... luv.. maybe you can break it up into two different contest the first one on nature and then the second on open poems or just change it and host one contest with one poem. ( just a few thoughts)

I want to enter a Mac McGovern contest, but I am not a premium member and as far as I can tell, I can respond to soup mail someone sends me but I cannot create new mail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

WE can put 2 poems IN as 1..two verse on 1 page we do it all the time when we add on to say a Haiku and make it a Choka. Mary Had a little lamb poem 1 she sells sea shells poem 2 then it wouldn't matter. HUGS!

Hi, Mac...thanks for the up-date. I am not a Premium Member as of this moment, my Premium membership is pending. It might take until tomorrow for Poetry Soup to receive payment from PayPal.
