Bla - Danielle Wise Baxter's Blog

I am constantly trying to overcome my past. I hear so are we all, so in saying that it doesn't help me in my personal fall. I am not much of a poet, but have used it to help me heal a shattered heart and mind. I am a survivor of so many things. I would even have to say the strongest woman I have ever met. NOT bragging but honest. I do not break down, yet from time to time I may lash out in pain like a mad snake. As long as you do not scare the poo out of me or step on me I just sit and sun.

I am in the process of getting 2 series of books going, complete with coloring books and 2 books, one of some nature poems and another for children called When God Makes Changes. Being a child who primarily cared for herself, I understand how change freaks them out. I do not do change well as an adult. It is a complete loss of control, and I pray my book helps them see change can be wonderful.

I am nearing an empty nest 41 years old. Oh I am so happy to be old now. I would not go back to hot and sexy for anything. I like soft and comfy. lol If you see a poem and I have it listed wrong please let me know, I just write. I have no training. Also I deal with dyslexia and Ms plus Lyme. Wow what more can I endure. lol I am a horse woman, but in my age seem to be more of a ground person. I was hit by a diesel truck and trying to get over that. Well I hope to make friends. I am rambling sorry.
