Update - Heidi Sands's Blog

Hi everyone. How are you? I want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. It is a long challenging road. But, my faith is getting me through each day and I am fighting for my life, like never before. I have extreme bone pain on both sides of my body. One Lab result indicates a bone disorder. Another lab results shows inflammation of the heart and heart damage. But, the bone issues are most challenging and ongoing. I practice walking with a cane. Thank God for my dog. She gets me out walking, multiple times daily. I have sturdy boots that help. I was exposed to a lot of Benzene at my house from the toxins, on the report and Benzene damages bone marrow and blood cells. I am waiting on ultrasound results for a lump on my ribs too. I am taking antioxidant foods daily and smoothies , with many vitamins, including Vitamin C powder in things. As you can see, I can't comment much on poems. A lot is on my plate, including my house that I abandoned due to toxins and all of the issues with that. But, I want you to know that I am making it and doing what i can. I hope you are all well.
