(My) Star
Stars in the sky, shines oh so bright
Believin' someone's happy, looking up every night
In the middle of nowhere appears that great desire,
To touch those stars and light up my life..
Sparklin' yellow, red, white and blue,
Changing moods yet never the feelings do
Oh my star, if you only knew,
How much I would really love to fly just to be with you
Star, you're so distant and we're far apart
Yet you inspire me to have a better heart
That amidst the darkness and serenity of the night..
A greater hope is there despite the little light...
