I Can But I'M Not
I can smile, I am happy
I’m able not to cry, I’m not weak
I can fight, I am brave
I can endure, I am strong
But am I really?
I’m still living in lies
Always escaping in truth
I’m still fighting in life
Without knowing the reason behind
I’m standing in too much pain
I’m not strong I’m just pretending
I keep smiling, pain is hiding
I’m screaming inside
I am tired with this
I’m already dead
I have nothing
I am a butterfly with one week life
I am a bird with one wing to fly
I am a fish without gills to dive
I am a frog without legs to jump
I am a joke without punch line
I am a car without engine
I am a piece of crap that nothing want to pick
I am a piece of shit that no one can trust no one can love
I am miserable
I am a worst person
I am trying not to be
I did everything
But I’m coming back to this
I’m always coming up empty
I’m always coming up undone
