Things We Cannot Explain

“How do you feel?”
“Well… it’s like… I-”
It’s just like nothing works out in my favor. I have all this hope, all this joy. And I feel like it goes to waste when nothing turns out right.
Now, why can’t I say that?

“You can always tell me when something’s bothering you.”
“Thanks. Actually, you know… uh… huh….”
Everyone’s really been bothering me in their attitude. I feel like no one ever appreciates what they have and they understand how blessed they are. If I tried to tell them they wouldn’t believe me.

“Are you sure that’s all that’s bothering you?”
“If I told you, you wouldn’t believe me.”
And it’s true.
