My Biography?... I'll keep it brief. Been composing poems for about 60 years, from age 3 or 4 on. Before I could write them down myself, I dictated to my mother, who typed them for me. Wrote tomes in my teens, far fewer in my 20s when I was raising children. Got back into it in my late 30s. Teen angst, midlife crisis - t see a correlation. As a retiree, I have more free time, so I'm trying my hand at poetry again. I only write for fun. Oh, I won a few awards and contests along the way, and had a handful of poems printed in newspapers and little known literary periodicals. But that's not of interest now. I enjoy reading others' poems, short stories, essays, etc. If I offer critique, it's only because I see talent that is, IMO, worth honing.
