Curtis Sa Poem
I want you to stay forever.
I'll die alone but we'll learn together:
Each passing day is one to keep
Down on paper- in too deep.
All skies fade from blue to black
But birds still sing our memories back.
The grounds here quake until I'm asleep.
In Earth's arms, I'll rest at ease.
I warned you, I know no better.
What comes after doesn't matter.
We're here for now, and now is best
To put our time here to its test.
And like the skies, we fade too;
But maybe we fade from black to blue.
The light is brighter than you see,
So take my hand. Follow me.

Curtis Sa Poem
Clouds of wool over our eyes
Separating the two blue skies
That pave the air above our heads
Or reside in the seas besides our beds.
The cracks in clouds come crumbling through
So one day I can get to you.
I come with ease into these paths
That wind and remind of how we laughed
The days away on our dirty feet.
I feel your pulsing heartbeat
As I grow closer to your skin,
Remembering that we've always been
In love.

Curtis Sa Poem
Did Monet mean to capture my mind?
In the pond where water lilies lie-
The dark beneath the shimmering light...
I begin to lose my sight.
I float on top but still feel the drag
Of the currents tugging me by my hands.
And although I don't know where I stand
I'd rather be in water than on the land.
Lord forgive me for I have sinned.
These peaceful tides can pull me in
As I forget that in order to live
I should bury and not dig.
Down the river, following the stream
As the moonlight beams down on me.
I try to move on but all that she sees
Is the past and how it tortures me.
So from today, I'll turn a leaf
And promise that I'll never leave,
Not love, not hope, not life, I'll keep
Floating above for eternity.

Curtis Sa Poem
I don’t want it anymore,
Take your flesh, all your love and close the door
For time is wasted and wasting and waiting on me to love.
But I don’t want love.
I don’t see it far ahead,
Take your shoes, pack your bags and then you’re set
For I am wasted, wasting away and waiting on time to tell.
But I can’t tell.
I don’t feel a thing these days,
Take your eyes, beautiful mind, and tie your laces
For life is wasted and wasting, beyond waiting for me to show.
But I can’t show.
I don’t smile anymore,
Take your touch, both your lips, and break the floor
For here we’re wasted, wasting away, beyond waiting-
Beyond tragically waiting-
Waiting...

Curtis Sa Poem
Please believe in ghosts,
It's the only thing that'll save you
When your favourite person goes.
