Know That

Not all thy fight is flesh and blood
know that it's spiritual;
you cannot win against this flood
the only way out, is God for sure.

Who may they be? thou tempt to ask
do not be scared, for you shall know;
Heavenly beings, to God they task
tear up your flesh, as do the crows.

Only the Christ, turn this around
protect thy mind, thy soul, thy flesh;
we are too frail to halt this sound
we are too weak, we're in this mess.

Known as the Principalities...
they seek to tear you up whole;
my dear, that's no figure of speech
if they could, drink you from a bowl.

It's different with thy neighbour
whom you are tasked to forgive;
unnatural are "their" troubles
but man you are tasked to reprieve.

It's good to have the Armour of God
but if you don't, fret not;
his Mercy thus entails a lot
prayers to Christ, the battles fought!

So pray to Christ, His Mercies fly
keep you safe, by day and night;
spiritual evil He thus decries
the Lord, I AM, be in His Light!

Amen!

The Beatitudes C

"Blessed are the peacemakers," He saith
seek to end conflicts wherever you are;
just as thy body that needs to bathe
so end quarrels near and far.

"...for they shall be called sons of God,"
isn't this just a nice reward?
imagine to bear this honorary title
love's never too big or ever too little.

Well let's start this first at home
begin with thy parents and thy mate;
as a soap cleanses with lots of foam
make peace present like a phrase well said.

Even if you never achieve the results
it still counts, you've tried your best;
just remember to stop insults
to God we trust, He does the rest!

Amen!

One of the Beatitudes in Matthew 5 states:
"Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God."

Amen!

The Car

Where does the money subtly go?
every month it simply disappears;
a bit here, forth to and fro
a bit there too, oh! my dear!

My ciggs' are under much control
they don't tax me a hundred fold;
i can't believe the things i've sold
so where in fact, does the money go?

Just yesterday the price of fuel went up
petrol's hike is understood;
i can accept this much enough
i also spend on drinks and food.

i buy a shaver once a month
that's normal, it keeps me very smart;
even loans i get, is put up front
i don't eat pancakes or even tarts!

My shoes are only bought once a year
they last me thru' the harshest time;
my socks and buttons are all not dear
my budget should suit me very fine.

So then i look into the bucket list
lo! and behold! the car repairs;
they weigh a ton, i cannot miss
all used up once, that seems unfair.

So now i know where the money goes
it's maintenance and much of car parts;
no more mystery, the money flows
away from me, that breaks my heart!

The Beatitudes B

"Blessed are the merciful,"
to God do remain true;
shower kindness upon others
thyself receive a bonus!

"for they shall obtain mercy,"
this shows us so clearly;
that God rewards good deeds
as the shoreline doth recedes.

Isn't it nice that God demands this?
Isn't it wonderful to achieve this bliss?
indeed He saith again and again
love thy neighbour let thy love remain.

Till the day Jesus comes from the sky
practice this words by and by;
when we see His face in all glory
that'll be the end of this short story.

Amen!

One of The Beatitudes in Matthew 5 states:
"Blessed are the merciful
for they shall obtain mercy."

Amen!

The Beatitudes 1

"Blessed are you when they abuse and persecute you,"
O' Lord, the trials i do go through;
but count me blessed as Thy prophets of old
singled out, but in the fold.

"Rejoice! and be exceedingly glad,"
no, i am sane, not truly mad!
to smile alive when abuses fly
needing patience in sorrows' guise.

"For great is your reward in Heaven,"
Amen, O' Lord, far from the heathen;
i just can't wait Lord, for that reward
so settle here, as the flames be hot.

"For so they persecuted the prophets of old,"
i am in bliss, not ever sold;
Thy words give me courage, making me bold
Thy love embrace me, never too cold.

So Lord, i treasure Thy words to heart
keeping me safe, making me smart;
never to mould, never to rut
but in His Hands, never to part.

Amen!

The Beatitudes in Matthew 5, states:
"Blessed are you when they abuse
and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil
falsely against you for My sake;
rejoice! and be exceedingly glad,
for great is your reward in Heaven;
for so they persecuted the prophets
of old before you."

Amen!

Faithfulness

There is a word to "be faithful"
to God and man, be all fruitful;
be true in thy nightly prayers
be far from all the naysayers.

Even this is oh! so precious
as hidden gold in buried treasures;
required of by the Lord
that should surely mean a lot!

To be faithful to the Lord
means prayers daily sought;
to be faithful to mankind
means loving, being kind!

You won't regret this ever soon
your heart to God,your hand to man;
when Christ comes this afternoon
you won't be caught in evil's den.

So pray this day to be faithful
make it a point to follow through;
and in the End you shall smile bright
confess the Lord, it's in His Might!

Amen!

The Book of Galatians 5: 22-23 states:
v. 22: In contrast, the Fruit of the Spirit is
love, joy, peace, patience (long suffering),
kindness, generosity, faithfulness,
v.23: gentleness, self control.
Against such there is no law.

Amen!

Half Day's Done

O' joy! Half day's done
I look forward to good ol' rest;
time with family, all and one
time for mahjong, time spent best.

O' joy! Half day's done
have some news, have some songs;
I'm sure to have lots of fun
choose the good, cast the wrongs.

O' joy! Half day's done
I get my rest after four days' work;
be a good boy, a good ol' son
chill out cold, on an iceberg.

O' joy! Half day's done
I love my rest, two days' straight;
and all those duties that weighed a ton
just disappear like crusts of bread.

O' joy! Half day's done
I pray the Lord, O' bless my time;
night has come, and much is won
happiness is nigh', time to unwind.

O' joy! Half day's done
till the next weekend, shall i find peace;
I pray the days will quickly run
until then, a half day's done!

Matthew 24:14

"This gospel of the Kingdom,"
"will be preached in all the world,"
that timeline is a very short term
the cycle hastens, quick as a needle.

"As a witness to all the nations,"
all big and small, rich or poor
God's Word breaches all violations
touching even the very cruel.

The Harvest be great in North Korea and China
also the Amazon and deep dark Africa;
hence preach God's Word to all, i tell ya'
we work immensely, cry out Hallelujah!

"And then the End will come,"
be vigil, caught not off guard
no large the money, no matter the sum
can buy us God; love from the start!

Honestly, the End is not yet be
it may be nigh' but still a time;
time and time we cannot see
the length of tribulations is unkind.

Keep looking to the signs, thus He hath saith
as dark clouds show it's gonna' rain;
increase your love, fellowship and faith
when Christ comes thus, thou not in blame.

Practise love to God and man
thy neighbour help until the End;
when we're gathered, to Christ we send
our deeds as snow, indeed we can!

Seek not the "Troubles", it means a lot
of hardship, just trust the Lord
but pray we do, "Come Christ! in God,"
Thy second coming, all souls' been bought!

Amen!

Matthew 24:14 states:
"This Gospel of the Kingdom
will be preached in all the world,
as a witness to all the nations,
and then the End will come."

Amen!

The Rain

If the skies don't shine so bright this day,
I know i can always pray;
worry i shouldn't, flee from those thoughts,
pray to my Jesus, pray to my Lord.

Droplets it will be, rain to avoid,
I am but human, not humanoid;
so pray i repeat, with hopes on the Lord,
bow my head low, rain it must not.

So till the next time, a miracle from God,
I accept my fate, I accept my lot;
for He is faithful, He answers my prayers,
rain it won't, rain it will not.

Without You

I labour thru' the day
just to see your face;
you keep me off the fray
without you, i'm lost in space.

The persecution lasts a while
but you see me through;
love's drive as a child
pure heartaches leave me blue.

Just thinking of you
brings me consolation;
my tears fall as a fool
my troubles in resignation.

I look the hours to pass
till i gaze upon thee;
thence my heart dances
my soul thus set free.

Ms. K, you save me again
giving refuge in your love;
the Lord to bless maintain
His comfort oh! so soft!

If i could only thank you
i'd sail the seven seas;
till we meet in honest truth
Ms. K, love me at least.

Till the world ends in flames
my heart will still yearn;
this impossible love, not games
teaches me, much to learn.

So, as i pen these thoughts
i hope you will one day see;
i buy you not in gold or lots
i have you within, deep in me.

God hath taught me this much
to love is to override hate;
to bend the evil and sordid such
to focus on her, my salvation's made.

This cycle will last a while
till the moon turns red, i still shall smile;
love's torn apart by vile
my prayers, Ms. K, winneth' my trials.

Good night, Ms. K, i bless thee
i hope you will still see me;
tomorrow's lots, i am not free
without you, a lone, still tree.
