Our Love Is Cursed

Such wondrous beauty held in eyes divine,
I wish this lovely night would stay, be kind,
So blissful are her eyes...I need no wine,
Nothing to match her beauty can I find.

The morning sun shall take away the night,
And I shall wait till moon and stars arrive,
In darkness our love hides...so harsh the light;
Our love is cursed while unsought rivals thrive.

But, when we die, forever we shall sleep,
With unseen wings we leave, fly like a dove,
Our bodies, left in ground, cruel could keep;
We'll leave all things behind except our love.

Now wait for death to mix in dust and sand,
And hope we two unite in God's own land.

Friday Thirteen --Paris Attacks

Yes, they too believed in love,
Yet became victims of hate,
Men hungry for destruction,
And with vicious mindset,
	Fired deadly bullets around,
	Lifeless bodies fell on ground.

Pain touched every heart,
For some, life won't be same,
Laughter transformed to cries,
Happiness changed to grief,
	Merciless sinners did it all,
	At concert, café and football.

Flesh and blood piled on roads,
Obedient bodies stayed silent,
Many were counted dead,
Others were counted wounded,
And some waited for last breath,
	Paris mourned the gruesome death.

O P T I M I S T I C Orange

Let the night embrace you with honey dreams,
Where you find your beloved dressed in tangerine,
She promises love and you kiss her marmalade lips,
The trust you longed for, in her titian eyes is seen.

In the saffron valley where good things happen,
She sings to heal all your inner rustic wounds,
She offers you sip, from coral river of happiness,
And you believe her and listen to salmon sounds.

With bright orange sunshine, new day begins,
You hope someday, your orange lady you will find,
Your heart blooms like the young marigold,
Life seems beautiful, amber fears are left behind.

Wailing

no one knows nothing
when wrapped with
smooth silver silence
some secrets sleep.

helpless heart hopes
love lives long
but beneath betrayal
deep desires die.

time twists tides
some sail safe
some seize sand
while wailing waiting.

Love Is Blind

Love is beautiful,
Love is hard to find,
Love is the bond,
And love is blind.

Love is like spring,
It speaks one's mind
Love is like mist,
And love is blind.

Love is wonderful,
Mind is confined,
Love is about hope,
And love is blind.

Love brings change,
Life is entwined,
Love is like ocean,
And love is blind.

A rose without thorns,
Is not yet defined,
Love sees no wrong,
And love is blind.

Love brings anguish,
It maybe unkind,
Memories live long,
And love is blind.

Girl With the Red Parasol

Pretty girl in pink dress, was fair with curly hair,
Her red parasol was open, though sun wasn't there.

Sitting on rocks, she gazed at sea and silently cried,
I asked her what made her cry, she never replied.

Sea was roaring, violent waters touched the shore,
Step by step she came to me, with her tears so pure.

In her quietness, some sorrow she tried to hide,
Then I came to know, her little goldfish had died.

Deeply she loved her pet, tears didn't stop to roll,
While the strong winds blew away her red parasol.

She ran, got the grip and I could hear her laugh,
As the callous winds had torn the parasol to half.

She left the shore and waved me with empty hand,
I watched the tides erasing her foot prints on sand.

No Money Can Buy

Life is a pleasure with loyal friends Otherwise faith in them shortly ends Years of togetherness, trust and love Add to the friendship and keep the vow Lucky am I to have some friends for life To guide and support me when in strife Yes loyal friends can be husband and wife Loyalty- no money can buy It doesn't fall from the sky It doesn't grow in open fields Only from love loyalty yields April 22, 2016. Journey Has Begun

Life is not about being perfect, as there is no end to it,
Yes I can just be human, and half the battle is won.
I am surrounded by shadows of people, good and bad,
Yes I can make my choices, and will have regrets none.

If I try and don’t succeed, I won’t quit and be quiet,
Yes I shall work harder, until the job is done.
The path of life is tough, with no strings of velvet,
Yes I shall bear the odds, clouds can’t swallow the sun.

There are times when I get hurt, and I am in silent tears,
Yes I will save my heart from the unwanted one.
Let not my foes conquer my inner soul and win,
Yes I will change myself, and the journey has begun…

Song of Life

Life is now broken piano, rhythm lost in isolation
Keys of happiness are silent, waiting for some miracle
Praying for fear to end, and song of life is written again
