Roses are Red

Roses are red
Violets are blue
The colors are fading
Just like my view.
Roses are red
The sky's turning gray
I’m stuck in the silence
Of another lost day.

Roses are red
The thorns pierce so deep
I wish I could wake
But I’m still half asleep.
Roses are red
Their fragrance is sweet
But it’s hard to enjoy
When I’m feeling defeat.

Only Temporary

Wanted nothing else
Except her
No more memories
It's all a blur.
They took my everything
I am alone
Shaking and crying
I lay prone.
What I do
Is sing a song
I wasn't loved
All along.

Follow the steps
Load then aim
I scream for help 
But no one came.
I wish you knew
What it felt
Pain and suffering

I looked and looked

I now sit here

Sitting here
Writing away
Thinking about
What to say.
I just feel sick
I can't explain
There are no words
That cure my pain.

Hide

It was worth it
Every moment
To text her phone
And hide in the basement.
I haven't smiled
Since I said "bye."
I hide at night
Alone to cry.
I just got caught
In all my lies
And to my happiness
I hope it dies.

My legs won't work

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Give me your hand
And I'll sing to you.

Beyond description
Trust when I say

I start to get dizzy
When you're not around

Make a wish
I'll watch it come true
While I sit here
Making one too.
I wished for love
You wished for power
Now I sit here
Alone in my tower.
My tower of sadness
My tower of fears
No one lies here
Except me and my tears.

I see you there

Snowy Night

The roses are gone
They have decayed
Now I'm alone
I am Afraid.
The violets have left 
Because they're too sad
From the loss
Which they have had.
They miss the roses
Now they cry tears
Each drowning slowly
In their sea of fears.

A rose and a violet
Who once had it all
Whose connection was strong
Whose love had grown tall.
Then came a day
Someone killed the rose
The violet was beaten
The violet had froze.

A Face I Don't Know

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
The world feels so empty,
And I’m fading too.
The stars seem to whisper,
But I can't hear the sound,
I'm lost in the silence,
Where no light is found.

The nights stretch forever,
The days are all gray,
I’m stuck in a moment,
That won’t go away.
The mirror reflects
A face I don’t know,
A soul filled with sorrow,
A heart moving slow.
I reach for the pieces
That crumble to dust,

Why am I like this?
Why do I fear?
My heart is screaming
It's all I can hear.

There's this girl
And there's this guy
Everything changed
When he said "hi."
She laughed.
He smiled.
His number
She dialed.

They talked all-day
All morning, all night
Her voice was cute
Her heart was bright.
Months have past
She must be the one
She said she loved me
Which hit like a ton.

One tragic day
I had been waken
She wasn't there
She had been taken.
Taken by,
Another man
My heart sank
Then I ran.

This is a fear
I have thought
But does it matter?
I have forgot.

For I am wrong
