Only Temporary
Wanted nothing else
Except her
No more memories
It's all a blur.
They took my everything
I am alone
Shaking and crying
I lay prone.
What I do
Is sing a song
I wasn't loved
All along.
Follow the steps
Load then aim
I scream for help
But no one came.
I wish you knew
What it felt
Pain and suffering
Is what I dealt.
I looked and looked
Love didn't come
I now sit here
And load my gun.
Humming a tune
Is what I do
Only Temporary
Sad but true.
