Unfair

Why am I like this?
Why do I fear?
My heart is screaming
It's all I can hear.
I just want love
I don't want money
I just want that feeling
That is sweeter than honey.

Where is my love?
Where is my peace?
Where is this knowledge
In which I can feast.
I wish I was happy
I wish she was here
To make me smile
To ease my fear.

But you're not here
And I'm not there
I hate this world
It's so unfair.
Now I write poems
About what I lost
About all my feelings
In which have been tossed.

There still can be hope
I can still be with you
It will be hard
But worth it too.
I love you dear
I always will
Please give me your heart
For me to refill.
